Genesis PT & Wellness is proud to offer virtual visits. Sometimes it is next to impossible in your current season of life to make it into an office for an hour long appointment. Maybe you have a six week old newborn at home, have a full time job and can't miss work right now, or maybe do not live in the DFW area. Whatever the case, our therapists can come meet you online. We'll see you soon!

The Prenatal Wellness Package
Women receive upwards of 15 prenatal visits with their healthcare provider throughout pregnancy. Too many symptoms are written off as normal during pregnancy; pain incontinence, and muscle tension can be common but are never normal. We can help you thrive during pregnancy as well as optimize your labor and birth outcomes.

The Postpartum Wellness Package
Once baby is finally earth side, the standard is ONE postpartum medical check-up. This is good and necessary, however, our current medical system is missing a huge part of the postpartum experience and doing these new mothers a disservice. Our therapists will come alongside you & ensure you're functioning well, moving well, and healing well.
The Postpartum Wellness Package Includes:
- One in-office evaluation at 2-8 weeks (this can be done in your home for an extra travel fee)
- Five in-office follow-up visits
The Menopause
Wellness Package
This package is for any woman who is going through the peri-menopausal stages, or has just come through it, and is looking to improve upon her associated symptoms! As pelvic floor therapists we are trained in treating menopause related conditions such as genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM), as well as other whole body issues. We help fill a void in current health care and are valuable resources for women who are seeking guidelines and treatment to effectively manage and resolve their symptoms for overall improved wellness and quality of life!"

Dry Needling + Cupping
Dry Needling
Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are trained in Functional Dry Needling. A needle is quickly inserted into the muscle at various locations and creates an effect within the muscle tissue that helps to relax it, decreasing pain and inflammation, and improving function in the surrounding tissues and joints. We will offer this service to any patient whom we feel it will play a helpful role in their recovery process.
Dry Needling Packages are available for established patients.
Cupping
"Cupping," sometimes referred to as Myofascial decompression, is a form of soft tissue work. It is utilized to increase localized blood flow, release fascia and muscle tissue, improve scar tissue mobility, improve movement, and enhance healing.

Fertility Support
Fertility treatment is a great way to prep your body for pregnancy, and many times is much more cost effective that standard infertility treatment options. Through visceral mobilization we use evidence based treatments to help increase your chance of conceiving by ultimately increasing blood flow to your reproductive organs, thus improving function. The same connective tissue also connects into the pelvic floor muscles and can help your pelvic floor muscles work better too!
Birth Doula Services
Dr. Jen Holt and Lakin Vaughn are pelvic floor therapists at our Fort Worth location and are also Certified Birth Doulas! A doula provides provides emotional, physical and informational support to expectant parents before, during and after birth, as well in the early postpartum period.
