Dr. Becky Allen

Dr. Becky Allen PT, DPT

Becky has a great passion for women throughout every stage of life. She believes they deserve a higher standard of care. It was this passion, as well as the realization of the gaping hole in the field of Women’s Healthcare, that inspired Becky’s plan for Genesis PT & Wellness. She created a safe space for women to receive high quality, specialized Physical Therapy that is unique to their specific needs. Working with women during preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, as well as years down the road, she helps them achieve a life free from pain and dysfunction, optimizing their day-to-day abilities. She’s passionate about treating every person as a whole, not as just an injury, pain or dysfunction. She uses a holistic approach to physical therapy, meeting you where you are now and walking alongside you on your new journey.

Becky was born in Austin, Texas, and raised just south of there in small-town Buda. She met her future husband, Phillip, while in high school. Together, they left Buda for Dallas, both to attend Dallas Baptist University. Shortly after graduation, they married and began a new chapter of their lives.

Throughout college, Becky played volleyball for DBU and worked as a Physical Therapy Technician at an outpatient orthopedic clinic. Earning a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology, she went on to attain a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas. After attainting her Doctoral degree, Becky applied and was accepted to Texas Women’s University’s Post Professional Certificate of Advanced Studies in Women’s Health Physical Therapy program. She completed this rigorous year-long bout of coursework and now holds the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Women’s Health Physical Therapy.

Becky has two young children, Duke and Ava, whom she adores spending time with. They love swimming, trying out new parks around town, and hanging at home as a family.

Dr. Ally Loupe PT, DPT

Dr. Ally is passionate about all things women’s health and pelvic health physical therapy, and is a huge advocate for educating the public and other health care providers about physical therapy being an effective and conservative treatment option. She brings 8 years of experience in pelvic health to our team, treating a wide variety of pelvic health conditions. She is especially interested in pelvic pain as well as preparing women for labor and delivery specific to their individual concerns (ie. natural child birth, consideration for laboring with an injury, using pain science to prepare for labor, etc).

Dr. Ally is from Northern Minnesota. She graduated from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota with her B.S. in Health Science followed by her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013 where she was awarded Minnesota’s Outstanding Student award for her academic pursuits, community service, and personal commitment to the physical therapy profession; all of which she continues to strive for.

She began to specialize in pelvic health while still in PT school when she realized the huge gap of education and information shared with women about pelvic health and the role she could play in bridging this gap as a physical therapist. She has continued her education towards specialty in pelvic health with the APTA’s Academy of Pelvic Health, among other reputable institutes giving her a solid foundation. As she continues to practice, she hopes to further specialize in treating conditions specific to pre-menopause, menopause and changes that present with a shift in hormones.

Her patients frequently comment on her calm voice and her ability to create a safe-feeling environment. In Minnesota, she led a popular “yoga at the brewery” class and hopes to continue something similar here in DFW!

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, outdoor adventures, long car rides, and photographing everyday moments of her family life. She is married to her husband Micky. They have two daughters Evangeline (5) and Juliette (1) and 2 dogs.

She encourages her patients to not settle for anything less than receiving individualized care.

Hailey was born in Arizona and made her way to Albuquerque, NM where she graduated from the University of New Mexico. Dixie Sonnier

POC Coordinator

Dixie is a mom of 3 and graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2015 with a BS in Kinesiology where she played soccer. She found her passion for helping the pre and postnatal population after having her first daughter. Despite being a personal trainer at the time and even a Women’s Fitness Specialist, she found there was hardly any information to help moms prepare for birth or heal and restore their bodies.

Dixie, her husband, and their 3 children live north of Dallas. When she isn’t helping with Genesis, you can find her playing outside with her family, designing programs for her postpartum clients, blaring worship music while doing another load of laundry, feeding their chickens or tending to their bees.

Dixie is passionate about the work of the Genesis PT & Wellness team and personally grateful for how they’ve improved her own life! Dr. Corrie helped her prepare to push properly as she prepared for her most recent (and first natural) brith, and Dr. Lea’s potty training books helped her successfully potty train her middle child.

Dixie is grateful to be able to help the patients of Genesis PT & Wellness continue to get the care they deserve!
