Meet Dr. Ally Loupe PT, DPT

Dr. Ally has over 10 years of experience as a pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapist treating a wide variety of conditions. She is passionate about all things pelvic health but is especially interested in pelvic pain conditions, labor and birth prep, and supporting women in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

Dr. Ally is from Minnesota and graduated from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota with her B.S. in Health Science followed by her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. She has continued her education towards specialty in pelvic health with the APTA’s Academy of Pelvic Health, among other reputable institutes giving her a robust education in pelvic health.

Ally is known for her empathy, calm voice, and integration of therapeutic yoga into her treatment when it’s appropriate. She enjoys teaching a quarterly yoga series at The Nest and is one of the co-creators of Move Through Motherhood (Genesis’ own pregnancy and postpartum program).

In her free time, you’ll find her on outdoor adventures, cooking up pretty dishes, and road-tripping with her husband, two daughters, and their dogs.
