So what services do we offer?

General Pelvic Floor Therapy

Pelvic floor therapy involves a comprehensive assessment of your body, focusing on posture, functional movements, and the pelvic floor muscles themselves. Addressing these issues before conception can ease future pregnancies and prevent complications like incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain. Improving blood flow to the pelvic area can also enhance your chances of conceiving.

Conditions like PCOS and Endometriosis. Both PCOS and Endometriosis are linked to pelvic floor dysfunction. Research shows that pelvic floor therapy can alleviate the chronic pain and dysfunction associated with these conditions, potentially improving fertility outcomes.

Visceral Mobilization

Visceral mobilization is a specialized manual therapy that enhances the movement and function of the connective tissue surrounding your internal organs. By improving blood flow and reducing adhesions, this therapy can alleviate pain and dysfunction, particularly in areas related to reproductive health. The benefits of visceral mobilization can go beyond just trying to conceive. The pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunctions that are associated with endometriosis have been shown to be effectively treated with visceral mobilization. Specifically for PCOS, these types of manual therapy techniques have improved fertility related anxiety and improved quality of life.Conditions like PCOS and Endometriosis. Both PCOS and Endometriosis are linked to pelvic floor dysfunction. Research shows that pelvic floor therapy can alleviate the chronic pain and dysfunction associated with these conditions, potentially improving fertility outcomes.

Hormone Coaching

Hormone coaching complements our physical therapies by addressing your overall health. During one-on-one sessions, our providers explore various factors—diet, lifestyle, sleep, and stress management—that could influence your hormone health. This holistic approach can uncover simple changes that significantly enhance your fertility, and is one of the main missing factors in standard infertility treatments. Our integrated therapies can be a valuable addition to IVF or IUI treatments as well! By optimizing your body for pregnancy and improving blood flow to reproductive organs, we aim to boost your overall health and increase your chances of conception.
