Our integrated therapies can be a valuable addition to IVF or IUI treatments as well! By optimizing your body for pregnancy and improving blood flow to reproductive organs, we aim to boost your overall health and increase your chances of conception.

Meet Dr. Jen

Physical Therapist, Birth Doula, & Holistic Hormone Coach
Dr. Jen Holt earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Carroll University in Waukesha, WI, in 2014. She is committed to expanding her expertise through continuing education, earning a specialized certification in Pregnancy and Postpartum Physical Therapy. Additionally, Dr. Jen is a certified Holistic Hormone Coach through the Institute for Women’s Health, guiding women to balance their hormones naturally. In 2023, she furthered her passion for supporting women by becoming a certified birth doula, assisting couples throughout the birth process.

Our process begins with a comprehensive assessment of your symptoms, menstrual cycle, and overall health. We then work together to create an individualized plan aimed at achieving your specific hormone-related goals through a natural, whole-body approach. We will also explore additional diagnostic testing options that may provide valuable insights into your hormone health, and identify other healthcare providers who can support and enhance your wellness journey.
