Dr. Jen Holt earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Carroll University in Waukesha, WI, in 2014. She is committed to expanding her expertise through continuing education, earning a specialized certification in Pregnancy and Postpartum Physical Therapy. Additionally, Dr. Jen is a certified Holistic Hormone Coach through the Institute for Women’s Health, guiding women to balance their hormones naturally. In 2023, she furthered her passion for supporting women by becoming a certified birth doula, assisting couples throughout the birth process.
