Dr. Hailey Miller
Dr. Hailey has a passion for bridging the gaps in maternal health care. These programs were created in an effort to fill these gaps by providing education on women’s pelvic health and guidance on how to move through every stage of motherhood. So many programs out there were too advanced for those who need a gentler or simpler approach and didn’t have quality information to support women’s health in pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. The Move Through Motherhood programs were created to provide women safe movement guides, resources that go over all the normal and not-so-normal things, and recommendations and support for all that can happen without questioning if it was safe for them.

Dr. Megan has a passion for optimizing function and minimizing pain for those in the prenatal and postpartum stage. She enjoys encouraging empowerment and strength through pregnancy to optimize birth outcomes, and to help build a strong foundation in the fourth trimester to return to desired activity postpartum! Her goal for Move Through Motherhood is to help pregnant and postpartum moms feel more strong and confident in their bodies, and provide continued education and normalization of pelvic floor therapy throughout this phase of life!

Dr. Ally is enthusiastic about advocating for women to have empowering pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum experiences. She strongly believes that knowledge is power and that women deserve to have access to resources and education to optimize the way they feel and move during the prenatal and postpartum seasons. Her goal for Move Through Motherhood is that women find confidence through the exercises, yoga flows, and resources that allows reconnection with their changing body and prepares them for each new phase of motherhood.

For this reason, we created this program to give you the best recommendations from our experts. This FREE program includes resources to support postpartum recovery that are sensitive to miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss. While we hope you won't need these resources, every woman deserves to be supported on their postpartum recovery journey- no matter the outcome.
